I haven’t written a blog post in quite some time. Perhaps I just haven’t found the right words to say or a message that is meaningful enough to post for the whole entire world to see. Today isn’t any different except that it’s Friday, July 14th, 2017.
I’ve been doing a lot of working, thinking, sleeping, and living lately. The way it should be, right?
Yeah, it is, at least I think.
Anyways, within those countless hours of thinking I began to learn a little more about myself and the people who surround me. As you can tell by the title of this post, the one thing I learned is that we are all human.
Never mind the fact that I’m a total supporter of the “100% Human” Campaign (a initiative that supports the Human Rights Campaign – if you are unfamiliar check out this link to find some pretty cool clothing and more info about the campaign)… but obviously, we are all human. We make mistakes, we get bored, we feel unworthy, etc.
Well, let me first start off by saying how although we are all human, we are all different. You and I may have different interests, may be different genders, may live in different places, but we are all experiencing life one step at a time. Beautiful, isn’t it?
Wherever you may be on this journey through life, I encourage all of you to be happy and embrace each mess-up, mistake, accomplishment, and milestone. We were not all made to be young forever and aging is an art, so fill your canvas with paintings of your favorite coffee shop at the corner or here and nowhere, music notes to your favorite Sunday “just let me feel sad” song, and all of the colorful memories yet to come.
We are all human, we experience 100 different feelings day in and day out. If you ever need someone to talk to about the last episode of the Bachelorette, your crappy work day, or anything else your life may encounter, you know where to find me.
After all, we are all human…
