If you haven’t already noticed, I recently updated the entire layout and theme of my blog! I’m in love with the new setup and I hope you guys love it too! Be sure to let me know what you think in the comments below. (please and thank you ♥)
This week’s post features three outfits that would be perfect for Easter Sunday! Easter is one of my favorite holidays that I celebrate because I love spending time with my family and of course, the cute Easter outfits! I miss the days were easter egg hunts were life and seeing what the Easter Bunny brought was almost as exciting as Christmas. My chocolate bunnies and Peeps keep me going through these adult years though.
So, the first outfit is Easter meets boho. This floral romper is extremely flowy and all of the colors are so perfect together. The back has a cute black ribbon closure detail that adds something special to the romper. For my shoes, I paired my black tie-up flats that I got from Kohl’s a few years ago. These lace-up shoes have been so popular over the past year that you can pick them up at pretty much any store. To really give the outfit even more of a boho feel, I added this gold statement necklace from Forever21 and added my favorite black hat from American Eagle. The hat you can definitely ditch for Easter brunch/dinner but for picture purposes I thought it took the outfit to the next level.
My next outfit is for that very casual Easter Sunday brunch with the family. A classic button down is always acceptable for any occasion, so when you add a ruffle button down to the mix, it screams EASTER. I paired it with a pair of dark-wash jeans from American Eagle, lace up block heeled shoes, and statement earrings. The shirt and shoes I got for $7 each! Adding personal touches to any outfit makes your outfit unique and adds that extra something; for me I added the statement earrings.
And last but not least is my favorite outfit. I fell in love with the skirt when I saw it at the Zara sale about a month ago and immediately thought of spring and Easter. I got for $10 too! These mid-length circle skirts are so popular and I think every girl should have one in their closet. I threw on a cap-sleeve half button down, the same statement earrings as before, and my blue heels. You can always substitute the heels for a cute pair of colored flats if your Easter isn’t that dressy.
I hope this post gave you some inspiration for what to wear for either Easter or just spring in general! Be sure to follow my blog to get emails every Sunday alerting you about my new posts. I hope everyone has a great holiday and I’ll see you next week.
